Flubber
1/2 tsp. food coloring
1 1/2 cup Elmer's glue
1/2 cup Staflo liquid starch
Mix food coloring with Elmer's glue. Gradually add liquid startch to glue. The amount of starch will depend on the humidity and temperature It instantly coagulates and is difficult to mix. Use hands for mixing. Store in Ziploc bag and no refrigeration required.
*Keep away from clothes and carpets. :)
